Beef Pepper Steak
Ingredients
- 1 round steak (cut in sm. strips)
- 1 onion (diced)
- 1 bell pepper (cut in long pieces)
- 2-3 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 can tomatoes
Preparation
Melt butter in skillet. Add steak and onions. Cook until suited to taste. Add tomatoes and soy sauce. Simmer for 15 minutes. Add pepper and simmer for 10 minutes (this leaves the pepper firm). Serve over cooked noodles or rice.
