Cowboy Sirloin Steak
Ingredients
Topping
- 1 bunch chopped parsley
- 3/4 pound bread crumbs
- 3/4 pound melted butter
- salt and pepper -- to taste
Steaks
- 4 cloves garlic -- minced
- 2 sirloin steaks -- 7 to 8 ounces each
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- salt and pepper -- to taste
- vegetable oil -- as needed
- bbq sauce -- as needed
Preparation
For the topping, combine all ingredients and blend well. Rub the steaks with garlic, salt and pepper. Brush the steaks with oil and pan fry or cook on a grill to your desired doneness. Glaze both steaks with BBQ sauce. Top with bread crumbs and finish in a hot oven until brown. Serve immediately.
