Cowboy Sirloin Steak

Ingredients
Topping
  • 1 bunch chopped parsley
  • 3/4 pound bread crumbs
  • 3/4 pound melted butter
  • salt and pepper -- to taste
Steaks
  • 4 cloves garlic -- minced
  • 2 sirloin steaks -- 7 to 8 ounces each
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • salt and pepper -- to taste
  • vegetable oil -- as needed
  • bbq sauce -- as needed

Preparation
For the topping, combine all ingredients and blend well. Rub the steaks with garlic, salt and pepper. Brush the steaks with oil and pan fry or cook on a grill to your desired doneness. Glaze both steaks with BBQ sauce. Top with bread crumbs and finish in a hot oven until brown. Serve immediately.
